Broccoli & Cauliflower
200°C for 10–12 minutes. Toss in oil, garlic and salt. The edges char slightly for an amazing flavour.

Corn on the Cob
180°C for 12–14 minutes, turning halfway. Brush with butter for a chargrilled summer flavour all year round.

180°C for 14–18 minutes. Cut uniformly for even cooking. Add honey and thyme for a beautiful glaze.
